Shift Supervisor - Bilingual in Spanish
Steady and stable company in Schaumburg is looking to add a Shift Supervisor to their team! Excellent benefits, remote role until staff goes back to the office, up to $28/hr (based on experience). Immediate interviews!
Job Duties:
- will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the call center
- mentor and coach Customer Service Representatives
- monitor performance and productivity goals are being met
- responsible to communicate updates and changes to all CSR's and to monitor attendance
- mentor & coach new representatives after initial training
- monitor attendance & vacation schedules
- provides helpful feedback and positive communication to motivate call agents
- monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action, if necessary
- anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed

Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of supervisory/management experience
- Bilingual in Spanish - read and write
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- excellent mentoring and coaching skills
- chat/email channel experience preferred
