Russian Speaking Customer Service Representative
Pay range: $16 - 17 /hr
Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm
Experience: At least 1 year of administrative or customer service
Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term Temporary Contract
Responsibilities:
- Review application status with people over the phone
- Assist with application process / answer questions
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- MUST be fluent and can read and write in Russian
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Comfortable talking on the phone and receiving inbound calls (between 50-80 calls per day)
- Process oriented and compassionate
