Recruiting Coordinator - New York, NY
Salary: $55k-$75k DOE
Job Description:
- Recruiters will be managing and assisting the full life-cycle recruiting process for different business units, supporting the Human Resource Team
- Managing job templates, postings & reviewing applicant resumes
- Handle the applicant tracking system and track/maintain candidates and create a pipeline
- Screening & scheduling candidate interviews.
- Gathering feedback from business leaders to identify next steps.
- Execute offer documents and ensure consistent communication with candidate through on-boarding process
- Assist with training, performance management & record keeping
- Assist with ad hoc HR projects that may include candidate tracking and process documentation
- Identify, address and resolve employee concerns in a timely manner

Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience in recruiting or HR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, ATS systems
- Experience with payroll software a plus (ADP Workforce)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to details
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and excellent time management skills
- Experience in Retail, Finance, Legal, Academia or Non-Profit Industries is a plus
