Recruiting & Scheduling Coordinators
Job Description:
- Assist other recruiters with managing the full life-cycle recruiting process for different business units
- Handle the applicant tracking system and track/maintain candidates and create a pipeline
- Collect feedback from business leaders to identify next steps for candidates in the hiring process
- Execute offer documents and ensure consistent communication with candidate through on-boarding process
- Assist with ad hoc HR projects that may include candidate tracking and process documentation
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience in recruiting, staffing or scheduling is a plus, but not required (financial industry preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, ATS system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to details
- Hours: M-F, 9am-5pm - OT expected
- Professional References Required
