Our client is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join their growing team in Marion, OH. This role is an integral partner in administering recruiting activities and building candidate relationships. The ideal candidate will work very closely with the applicants to assist them along the recruiting process.
- Assist with recruitment and interview process
- Schedule various types of interviews for Recruiters and Hiring Managers
- Responsible for managing the offer process (offer letters, background checks, drug screens, reference checking)
- Provide other administrative support to recruiters as needed.
- High School Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Fluency in Spanish (required)
- 1+ years of experience in an office/administrative capacity
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
