PM / Project Portfolio Analyst

Job Description:

This individual will be responsible for executing on the day to day management and deliverables required for this cross-functional oversight. The individual would be instrumental in being able to quickly identify project risks, step in where needed at the project level to collaboratively support & help accelerate projects, as well as own the administration & training of our corporate project management tool. This is not a technical program management role but is governance across all corporate functions (e.g. Finance, Technology, Compliance, Marketing, etc.) and the various strategic projects we have set forth to complete as an enterprise.

  • Support the Director in daily execution and monitoring of overall program management
  • Superuser and administrator of Asana
  • Regularly collect, enter, prepare, and analyze data & statuses of projects in Asana
  • Assist in program reporting & tracking
  • Provide support to various Corporate functions on project artifacts and train them as needed in other project management components
  • Work closely with FP&A to understand actuals vs. plan
  • Create and track meeting minutes of Governance meetings with senior leadership
  • Support in quarterly NPS reporting


Required Qualifications
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills, allowing for productive collaboration and interactions
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing and leading cross-functional programs
  • Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and the ability to manage through multiple tasks and deliverables in parallel
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt in an ever-changing environment
  • Strong understanding of project management artifacts, including but not limited in the ability to create project charts, cost benefit analyses, project plans, project financials, and requirements
  • High-level understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
  • Asana (preferred) or similar project management tool (Smartsheets, MS Project, etc.) administrative and execution experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, & PowerPoint
  • Financial Services industry experience (preferred)
  • Green belt certified (preferred)
  • PMP certified (preferred)
