Primary Responsibilities
- Managing client invoices and agreements through company's software database system.
- Creating client accounts through software database system.
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance and organize activities with management
- Monitor account status' for clients, health system and vendor accounts and manage their systems and procedures.
- Ensure reliable customer support via phone and email from prospective and existing clients, vendors and assist staff with troubleshooting account related issues.
- Support administrative tasks that relate to client accounts.
- Performs other duties and take on other projects as assigned.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Experience with contract terminology and processes
- Experience working with management software systems, specifically Personify is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce or equivalent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool preferred
- Excellent Microsoft Office and PC knowledge.
- Ability to consult and collaborate with representatives regarding variety of functional areas to resolve issues and improve service.
- Reliably work and assist with entry level through executive-level customer and staff.
- Able to work well and communicate effectively with a team as well as working and thinking independently.
- Anticipate the needs of others and passion to provide exceptional customer service.
- Experience with web-based applications.
- Strong decision making, typing skills.
- Interested in learning new technologies
- Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Open to travel to various cities.
