Operations Support Associate

The ideal candidate will be a driven, highly organized, experience with data entry and database management and have a genuine interest in healthcare with a focus on cardiology.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Managing client invoices and agreements through company's software database system.
  • Creating client accounts through software database system.
  • Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance and organize activities with management
  • Monitor account status' for clients, health system and vendor accounts and manage their systems and procedures.
  • Ensure reliable customer support via phone and email from prospective and existing clients, vendors and assist staff with troubleshooting account related issues.
  • Support administrative tasks that relate to client accounts.
  • Performs other duties and take on other projects as assigned.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with contract terminology and processes
  • Experience working with management software systems, specifically Personify is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce or equivalent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool preferred
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and PC knowledge.
  • Ability to consult and collaborate with representatives regarding variety of functional areas to resolve issues and improve service.
  • Reliably work and assist with entry level through executive-level customer and staff.
  • Able to work well and communicate effectively with a team as well as working and thinking independently.
  • Anticipate the needs of others and passion to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Experience with web-based applications.
  • Strong decision making, typing skills.
  • Interested in learning new technologies
  • Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making abilities
  • Open to travel to various cities.
