Job Type: Full Time; Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

$12-14 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls from customers using a multi-line phone system
  • Data entry with company and customer information
  • Receive and process payments while handling confidential information and paperwork
  • Create and enter order into internal system
  • Greet customer and answer any questions that may arise
  • Other clerical duties may include scheduling appointment, filing, faxing and scanning documents, ordering office supplies and maintaining a clean working environment

Required Experience:
  • Previous administrative and customer service experience (1 year minimum)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Typing speed of 35 wpm or higher
  • Outgoing personality, in-person and over the phone
