Pay: All candidates for this team begin at $17/hr. After 3 months, evaluated for a pay increase and become eligible for benefits (listed below). Additional pay increases are based on growth/promotions. Unlimited Overtime available! Overtime is 1.5x regular pay.
Hours: Full time employment (40 hours per week). Part-time status not available. Day shift, afternoon to night, and night shifts are available based on YOUR availability and preference. (Candidates with nighttime availability are highly desired)

Main Overall Duties:
- Ability to resolve client inquires in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner through verbal, email, and live chat functions
- Ability to work with clients that have difficult situations and concerns
- Assist clients and members on setting up an ID.me account to safeguard sensitive personal and financial information
- Working with Members for monitoring questions/concerns to ensure compliance for accounts
- Team members will be working with Client Members that are part of company bulk verification groups after submitted customer information is received in bulk and confirming if customers are protected or at-risk
- Responsible for handling sensitive information and data
- This team operates via email, internal system, and video. We are NOT a call center environment and that will not be the day-to-day responsibility; new employees on this should have a good comfort level with basic technology and computer-based operations and should not expect to be on the phone for this purpose.
