Description:
This HireStrategy client is a leading provider of GPS solutions, wireless data communications services and SaaS. Their solutions deliver increased mobile workforce productivity and lower fleet operating expenses.

Position Summary: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales goals by making out-bound business-to-business phone calls. Responsible for sales of application services including GPS hardware devices and wireless data communication plans within assigned territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of Wireless Matrix technologies and solutions
  • Respond to all leads and inquiries within a given territory
  • Cold calling / prospecting into the market to generate new business
  • Drive a prospect through the entire sales cycle
  • Effectively identify, qualify, own and manage sales pipeline
  • Track activities in the CRM system

    Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in technology industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Highly motivated self-starter that is articulate, persistent, and outgoing with a professional phone demeanor
  • Must be able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, sales environment
  • Provide track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota
  • Proficient to Advanced with Microsoft applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
