HR Generalist

Job Description:

  • Post jobs on multiple recruiting platforms and aid in every stage of the recruiting process
  • Track and report applicant data
  • Research and implement internal programs that strengthen employee/employer relations
  • Support learning and development life cycle: assessment, planning, training, implementation, etc
  • Assist in creating and implementing office policies and practices as well as employment programs and procedure

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years supporting an HR or talent management department
  • Knowledgeable of HR programs, such as benefits and recruiting
  • Training planning, development, and implementation experience
  • Policy development experience
  • Strong critical thinking and project management skills
  • Trustworthiness and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to accurately generate reports as needed
