HR Generalist $25-30/HR
The Generalist will work closely with the Human Resources Department to support the overall function, protect corporate culture, provide recruiting assistance, lead initiatives and work on employee relations matters.
Location: Schaumburg, IL
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducts HR training's for staff members, including but not limited to proper documentation, performance management, and compliance
- Assists VP with improving efficiency of HR team by proposing process changes, creating training, and coaching employees
- Assists with the development of organizational guidelines and procedures
- Conduct new hire orientation and On-boarding
- Conduct necessary HR reporting within the HRIS
- Assists VP with various research projects and/or special projects
- Assist with budget monitoring and payroll
- Performs other tasks and projects, as assigned

Job Qualifications:
- At least 3-4 years of HR experience performing a wide array of HR duties
- Preferred experience with ATS and HRIS Systems
- Experience with On-Boarding employees
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- Able to work with a high level of confidentiality at times
- Excellent organizational skills.
