HR Compliance Administrator
Our client is currently seeking a contract to hire HR Compliance Administrator to join their team. The individual in this role will be the go-to person for creating and enforcing new policies
Location: Remote, Chicago IL
Compensation: $30-$36.00/Hour (Based on Experience)
Job Description:
- Can drive policy change due to COVID-19
- Ensure all data collection pertaining to COVID-19, is collected utilizing approved data collection tools, procedures and security protocols.
- Communicate with high level individuals about new policies
- Take policy ownership and drive policy change
- Ensure that appropriate progress notes for all contacts are documented for each contact in appropriate tracking tool.
- Monitor and respond timely to inquires received to our dedicated Coronavirus email inbox.
- Show empathy to distressed individuals during a time of crisis and distress
- Answer questions related to benefits/protocols

Required Experience:
- 5+ years of HR Generalist/Management
- 2+ years creating and enforcing policies
- Microsoft office
- SharePoint
