HR Business Systems Specialist
Up to $34.00/hour based on experience
Description:
- Responsible for supporting the maintenance and administration of the Human Resources module of the Infor ERP system and implementing new processes.
- Responsible for data entry, auditing and maintenance to support the department's metrics dashboard.
- Will support the HR department in process documentation, planning, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of all systems in the Human Resources department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or comparable HRIS experience
- 2+ years of experience in an area of Human Resources
- 1+ years of HRIS and or complex reporting experience
- Exceptionally detail oriented. Highly analytical with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees / management.
