Addison Group's client is seeking a Recruiter to join their team in Bethesda, MD! The ideal candidate will have several years of life-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a non-profit or education environment. This is a direct hire role and will be remote until September when it will become hybrid.
Job Description:
- Perform full life-cycle recruitment duties
- Review and source candidates, utilize job boards, conduct candidate screening, schedule interviews, track onboarding, etc.
- Work collaboratively with hiring managers to ensure their hiring needs are met in a timely manner
- Be proactive and creative in sourcing qualified candidates
- Accurately evaluate candidates based on hiring needs
- Manage candidates via applicant tracking system
- Provide top-notch customer service to both candidates and managers
- Provide data and hiring reports as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant recruiting experience
- Impeccable communication, networking, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- General knowledge of staffing procedures
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system, Oracle preferred
- Must be willing to work proactively and take initiative
