Executive Assistant

Our client is a leading financial firm in NYC. They are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO.

Location : Midtown, New York

Contract to hire

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate CEO's Calendar and all changes that need to be made
  • Anticipate the needs of the CEO
  • Managing theCEO's phone calls and ensure all messages are accurately written down
  • Assist with preparing presentations and executive documents
  • Manage complex travel request for international and domestic travel
  • Provide full scope of administrative support to the CEO
  • Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Produce and maintain detailed Excel reports and Word documents

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to be flexible with changing schedules
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
