Controller - up to $180K + bonus

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee global accounting operations, including partner accounting, month-close cycle, general ledger accounting, internal control and policy development
- Coordinate year-end audits for firm's international offices in Europe, Asia, and South America
- Oversee a staff of 9
- Prepare annual budget and forecasts and provide expense variance analyses
- Partner with other teams and departments including FP&A, Financial Systems, Payroll, and Benefits
- Provide support to Director of Accounting & Tax and the CFO for any ad hoc reports, analysis, or other requests
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- CPA, ACA, or CA required
- 7+ years of related accounting experience with prior managerial experience at a professional services firm
