This is a Direct Hire Position!

Location: McHenry County Area

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with an existing client base
  • Utilize SAP for order entry, to make changes/updates to existing orders, verify order detail and pricing, timely order confirmation and provide updates to customers
  • Collaborate with Account Manager on customer activities, sharing insight and keeping them updated.
  • Identify and recommend alternative product (soft up-selling)
  • Work together with Quality Engineering, Account Managers and Finance team (to resolve invoice discrepancies)

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 year of full order cycle CS or account management experience
  • Manufacturing Industry
  • Proficient in SAP
