Customer Service Representative: $17/Hour


Location: Westmont, IL

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to answer inbound calls and provide complete customer resolution
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Process orders on order-entry system
  • Process return requests
  • Responsible for processing all paperwork relating to returns, orders, price changes, and adjustments
  • Communicate with sales representatives on the status of orders, sales, pickups...etc.

Job Requirements:
  • 1+ years of previous customer service experience
  • Experienced with Salesforce
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Desire to work with an excellent team in a fast-paced environment
