Location: Naperville, IL
- Sending order confirmations to customers
- Checking the status on back orders for customers and our sales staff
- Following up on unconfirmed sales orders with vendors and manufacturers
- Resolving customer requests regarding sales orders
- Monitoring orders and tracking numbers to ensure timely deliveries
- Updating information in SAP Business One
- Ability to define a problem, collect data, identify, and apply solutions.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Must have1-2 years' Experience in Retail / Customer Service / Call Center Environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Customer Service Representative must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience utilizing SAP / ERP / Excel / CRM Systems
