Compensation: $16-18/Hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sending order confirmations to customers
  • Checking the status on back orders for customers and our sales staff
  • Following up on unconfirmed sales orders with vendors and manufacturers
  • Resolving customer requests regarding sales orders
  • Monitoring orders and tracking numbers to ensure timely deliveries
  • Updating information in SAP Business One
  • Ability to define a problem, collect data, identify, and apply solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Job Qualifications:
  • Must have1-2 years' Experience in Retail / Customer Service / Call Center Environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Customer Service Representative must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience utilizing SAP / ERP / Excel / CRM Systems
