Customer Service & Order Entry Specialist - $14/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Receive Inbound calls and emails from customers
  • Complete PO's and Expense Reports
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Efficiently and accurately work within Excel

Required Experience
  • At least 1 year of prior customer service and order entry experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Great attention to detail
  • A desire to be a part of a team, and come to work with a great attitude
