Job Responsibilities:
- Handling Full Cycle Customer Service
- Order entry, supporting the sales team
- Follow-up on shipping, credits, merchandise issues, problem resolution, etc.
- Taking customer calls
Job Requirements:
- Must have Microsoft Dynamics or SAP
- Manufacturing experience highly preferred
- Heavy account management experience required
