Location: Schaumburg, IL
- Responsible to answer inbound calls and provide complete customer resolution
- Resolve customer issues
- Process orders on order-entry system
- Process return requests
- Responsible for processing all paperwork relating to returns, orders, price changes, and adjustments
- Communicate with sales representatives on the status of orders, sales, pickups...etc.
- 1+ years of previous customer service experience
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- HS Degree required, bachelor's Degree preferred
- Desire to work with an excellent team in a fast-paced environment
