You will report into the Contract Manager and provide specialized support in the agreement review process.
WAYS YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:
- Supporting the MSA team to finalize agreements
- Reviewing and redlining MSA's (Master Service Agreements), NDA's (Non-Disclosure Agreements), SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and BAA's (Business Associate Agreements)
- Managing your agreement workflow to provide detail-oriented review in a fast-paced environment
- Drafting addendums and amendments
- Coordinating responses to redline negotiations, including taking client calls
- Think of new and effective ways to improve efficiencies without sacrificing quality
- Assisting with day-to-day activities as needed to support the MSA team

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Undergraduate degree in Legal, Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience drafting and reviewing contract language working in a corporate or legal setting
- Ability to review and analyze contracts quickly with strong working knowledge of commercial legal principles and terms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to interact with all levels of the company
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills
- Strategic, detail oriented and self-motivated to provide high quality and timely work product in a fast-paced environment
