Job Responsibilities
- Develop and employ recruiting and sourcing strategies to maintain a strong talent network
- Build and execute best-in-class practices for end to end candidate experience inclusive of sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding
- Manage referral and development programs
- Continual branding of the organization and positioning it as a top workplace within the marketplace
- Coordinate and attend job fairs; maintain recruiting relationships with schools, universities and organizations

Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years' experience in talent acquisition
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated experience in selection and skills assessment
