Addison Group is looking for 2 Cost Claims Processors
Gathers supporting documents from multiple different digital and paper sources required by investor, calculates, prepares, balances and submits required claims forms to multiple investors utilizing prescribed timeline. Monitors claims from deed filing through write-off of uncollectable monies. Contacting attorney or third party vendors to obtain duplicate copies of necessary documents. This person will be good at puzzle solving as the documents are in many different locations and often times do not have the correct names so it is definitely 'needle in a haystack'. Researching, preparing and sending letters to utility companies, homeowners associations etc.
8:30 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday, Pay DOE
