Call Center Representative

Washington, DC

Our client is seeking Call Center Representatives to join their team in Northern Virginia! To apply, candidates MUST have at least one year of Call Center experience. This position is open to candidates in Virginia or Maryland to work remotely. Night and weekend shifts are available for those that are interested!

Job Description:

  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries
  • Provide customers with status updates
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers via our reference guides and policies
  • Update our automated database systems
  • Communicate with Customer Information staff as needed via phone or email

Qualifications:
  • Must have at least one year of Call Center Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Must have impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be proficient in data entry and basic computer skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to provide top-notch customer service to our customers
  • Must have a cooperative and professional attitude
