* Power user in Excel, with excellent mathematical analytical skills. * Must have strong organizational, problem-solving, teamwork, and verbal and written communication skills. * Fundamental understanding of economic theory and principles. * Experienced in business analysis or consulting with 3-5 years work experience in the oil industry and or Pipeline Tariff Accounting * Understanding of crude oil pricing and logistics very strongly preferred. * Ability to design and run simple databases uses Microsoft Access
