CVPartners is working with a client whose a start-up SaaS client of ours that is seeking a high-level Business Analyst to assist in a number of upcoming HR related projects. The most critical project is a migration from their current ATS Greenhouse to iCIMS. The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Prior experience implementing an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS would be huge preference)
- Proven Business Analyst who has a track record of working closely with stakeholders
- Able to be self-sufficient and have the ability to keep everything on track
- Exposure to UltiPro (nice-to-have)
This will start as a 6 month contract with the potential to extend. 100% remote is OK, with a preference for candidates local to the Bay Area.
