Bilingual Customer Service Representative | Tulsa, OK

Job Type: Full Time; Floating schedule between 7am - 6pm

$12-13 per hour

Required Experience:

  • 1+ year(s) experience in a call center environment
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both languages
  • Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Swift data entry speed of at least 7,000 key strokes per hour with minimum 98% accuracy
  • Previous work experience with verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish is a plus, but not required

Job Duties:
  • Take inbound calls from a queue
  • Assist in updating account information, correct billing issues, and assist in resolving technical issues through research and various tools provided
  • Maintain a high level of world class customer service/professionalism
  • Be receptive to regular coaching and feedback, in order to achieve individual and team performance goals
  • Work with customers to resolve inquiries
  • Explain and inform new and existing customers regarding all products and services available
  • Maintain records, prepare specific reports, and update accounts as needed
