Job Responsibilities
- Benefits Manager recommends benefits programs to management through studying trends and developments at other organizations
- Benefits and Compensation Manager analyzes benefits options and future costs to support business objectives
- Benefits Manager is responsible for maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements
- Benefits Manager is responsible for informing new and existing employees of benefit offers and usage through distribution of benefits reports
- Responsible for resolving employee questions and issues through interpretation of policies and procedures

Requirements
- Bachelors' Degree
- Over 5 years' experience in Benefits Administration
- Familiarity with EEO, ADA, Family Leave and other regulations regarding employment and employee welfare
- Pay: We negotiate high salaries using US Bureau of Labor Statistics
