Job Responsibilities

  • Benefits Manager recommends benefits programs to management through studying trends and developments at other organizations
  • Benefits and Compensation Manager analyzes benefits options and future costs to support business objectives
  • Benefits Manager is responsible for maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements
  • Benefits Manager is responsible for informing new and existing employees of benefit offers and usage through distribution of benefits reports
  • Responsible for resolving employee questions and issues through interpretation of policies and procedures

Requirements
  • Bachelors' Degree
  • Over 5 years' experience in Benefits Administration
  • Familiarity with EEO, ADA, Family Leave and other regulations regarding employment and employee welfare
