Title: Application Support Analyst - Customer Facing
Location: Denver, CO
Salary: $50,000 - 65,000 + Bonus
We are looking for dedicated, hard-working, and motivated individuals to provide customer support to developers using our no code platform. This role will provide technical support to software development teams, rather than functional support for end users.
Responsibilities
- Support our partner developers by debugging and resolving issues
- Troubleshoot no code software problems
- Master and maintain detailed knowledge of software, its configuration options, pre-built integration points, and best practices
- Understand the objectives of the customer and map their requirements

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics
- 1-2 years applicable enterprise software coding experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams
- Ability to constantly learn and adapt to new technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile / Scrum development methodologies preferred
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Basic understanding of data modeling concepts
