Administrative Assistant | Tulsa, OK
Job Type: Full Time, Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
$13-15 per hour, dependent on experience

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
- Manufacturing or Engineering industry experience preferred
- Working experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Alpha Numeric Data Entry speed of 7,000 keystrokes/hour or more
- Must be dependable with regular and punctual attendance
- High School diploma
Job Duties:
- Organize and ensure accuracy of project-related and administrative tasks, including data entry, scanning, and filing
- Figure material for new jobs/projects
- Assist office staff with any administrative or clerical support needs
- Schedule appointments and meetings for supervisors and clients
- Answer phones, transfer calls to appropriate party, receive and forward messages
- Manage and coordinate all incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with paperwork and expense reporting
