Title: Administrative Support Coordinator
Location: Concord, NC
Pay: Dependent on Experience
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to customers
- Act as first point of contact/face of the company for new and continuing customers, communicate customer needs clearly to assigned customer service representatives
- Assist with driving organization revenue and project goals through successful management of all operational functions
- Maintain organized filing system through excel
- Assisting with customer invoicing and accounting duties
- Work with production team on ordered parts
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Some personal assistant tasks may be required as well

Job Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize to ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment
