Job Responsibilities:
- Review purchase orders for approval and accuracy
- Pay vendors by reviewing for appropriate approvals and resolving any discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Establish and maintain effective communication with vendors
Requirements:
- High School Degree Required
- 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
- Must have recent QuickBooks Enterprise experience
- Microsoft Excel skills
