Accounts Payable Specialist
Tulsa, OK

Job Responsibilities:

• Record approved vendor invoices
• Generate checks to vendors
• Reconcile A/P sub-ledger and related accounts to the GL on a monthly basis
• Reconcile bank statements
• Assist in the monthly close process
• Secondary duties:
  • Generate invoices and submit to customers daily via fax, email and US Mail
  • Issue debit/credit memos to customers as necessary
  • Maintain the A/R sub-ledger and call on customers with past due balances
  • Post debits to customers' accounts
• Make daily mail run
• Manage office supplies
• Additional duties as assigned

• Associates in Accounting or closely related business field.
• Must have a basic understanding of accounting principles and concepts
• A positive attitude with a solid work ethic is required
• Work Experience: 2+ years related experience in similar role
• Must be proficient in MS Office, with advanced in Excel skills being preferred
• Typing and 10-Key skills by touch
