We are partnering with a large private company on the recruitment of a Senior Manager or Manager, Accounting Projects. This role will act as an advisor to Accounting and Finance teams, Executives, and Board of Directors. The role will be responsible for working across multiple business units and divisions to advise on best practices, compliance, GAAP, internal controls, streamlining, and creating efficiencies within Accounting and Finance functions. - Minimum 5 years of experience
- Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required
- Foundation in a national public accounting firm, CPA, or MBA preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Demonstrated experience with client advisory, project management, or accounting projects
- Strong experience working with investment management, real estate, manufacturing, or financial services oriented companies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, people oriented, and strong career progression
