Account Coordinator Role 55k/Year
Growing Packaging Company in Vernon Hills is seeking an experienced Account Coordinator to join the team! This person will manage specific accounts and provide full-service customer care. This position allows complete responsibility over pricing, orders, shipping, understanding inventory and resolving any customer issues.
Must have manufacturing experience, SAP and strong Excel skills.
This role is temp to hire and pays up to $55K for perm salary. Full benefits and 401K offered! Small customer service team will provide training. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

- Enter CS orders in SAP and follow order to shipment
- Ensures pricing and credits are correct
- Continual communication with customer through order process
- Utilize Excel for inventory purposes
- Learn about available products to explain to customer
- Resolve any customer concerns or issues
- Communicate internally with Quality team
- Other misc. tasks to ensure Customer Satisfaction
