You are:

The Recruitment Marketing Analytics Consultant will build and deliver reports to support recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, and employer branding goals for a federal government client. Analyze and report on ROI from any recruitment marketing spend. Leverage data and communicate marketing KPIs and insights to consistently uplevel the quality and impact of campaigns and programs, and inform executives, clients, and stakeholders, with experience working with social media, Google Analytics, and other channels. Translate raw data into actionable insights by leveraging analytics tools (Google Analytics, EMSI, Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.) and creating reports and presentations with data-driven, effective recommendations to drive applications, build candidate pipelines, increase retention, reduce attrition, and improve existing recruitment marketing programs.

Qualifications

You have:
  • Experience in a Marketing/Reporting focused role with proven capability of analyzing data and translating into actionable insights to influence decisions.
  • Google Analytics certification or equivalent experience in website analytics and reporting.

The Extras:
  • Enthusiasm for marketing strategy, digital transformation, audience segmentation, and conversion tactics.
  • Experience managing a multi-channel budget and capable of reporting, forecasting, and making smart decisions on spend.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver data presentations to stakeholders with varying levels of analytics knowledge.
