You are:
The Project/Program Manager will develop and execute activities related to end to end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.

Qualifications

Here's what you need:
  • Program management experience
  • Demonstrated capability in managing large multi-task contracts of this scope and complexity
  • Experience across a variety of technical disciplines
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities through prior experience working with senior management to find solutions for customers and leading teams
  • Working knowledge of project management concepts and principle

The extras:
  • US citizenship required, Dual citizens not eligible
  • TS/SCI with polygraph is required
  • Knowledge of USCYBERCOM, the service cyber components, and the service acquisition organizations
  • DoD Cyberspace Operations Experience with knowledge of Offensive and Defensive Cyberspace operations and Cyber ISR
  • USCYBERCOM and Service Cyber relationships to expand our presence within USCYBERCOM and service Cyber Components
  • Understanding of DevSecOps and Agile processes with knowledge of SAFe methodologies (SAFe Certifications bonus)

Bonus points if you have:
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience managing complex projects with stakeholders and collaborators
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage users
