The HR Advisory SME attracts, develops and continuously optimize the talent resources needed to execute AFS Client's mission and organizational strategies. The HR Advisory SME articulates the strategic direction and imperatives of the clients HR organization and build out capabilities required to support the client's mission, business and human capital strategies.
- Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
- Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.
- Interacts with senior management levels at a government client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
- Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
- Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility.
- Manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Federal Services

Here Is What You Need:
- Bachelors Degree or 5 years of equivalent industry experience
- Experience with HR Shared Service design and implementation
- Experience with consulting
- Experience in one of the following areas: HR Strategy, Service Delivery, HR Operating Model, Solution Architecture, Organizational Design or Analytics
Bonus Points If:
- Advanced Degree
- 10+ years of industry experience
- US Citizenship Required
