The Work:

The Business Process Designer will analyze and design new business processes. You will identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Serve as a liaison to the business community and participate in user and task analysis to maintain the business community s perspective.

Qualifications

Here's What You Need:
  • U.S. citizenship; no dual citizens
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma DMAIC process needed
  • Exposure with business process maps and mapping
  • Experience and/or ability to brief senior executives
  • Capture existing business processes, analyze processes, and present findings outcomes recommendations to business partners in an effort to improve processes and help leaders make decisions

Bonus Points:
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
