As a Workday Data Consultant your primary responsibilities may include:
- Lead a team of oneotherData Conversion consultant on one or more project teams

- Serve as the primary knowledge source for converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the WorkdayCloudHCM & Financials system

- Converting Data into Workday using Workday provided loading tools

- Create ETL scripts to transform and load data in preparation to load to Workday

- Lead in the validation of data loaded into Workday

- Responsible for assisting clients in mapping legacy data, identifying data quality issues and overall responsibility over conversion activates on the project

- Responsible for key communication to project and client leadership

- Closelyfollow the strategic directionset by leadership when establishing Workday project goals

- Collaborate with client counterpart to successfully deliver on shared objectives

- Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary

- Lead the identification of process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experience

Qualifications

Here's what you need:
- Existing and up to date Workday HCM Partner Certification
- 2+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Analyst, Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
- 1+ year hands-on Workday Data experience & 2 full life cycle Workday implementations
- 1+ year of US and/or Global Data Operations + ETL, XML, & MYSQL/SQL experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Bonus points if:
- Keen understanding and demonstration of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Demonstrated experience in Reporting/Analytics
- Demonstrated consulting-based leadership experience on specialized projects with overall knowledge of information systems
- Demonstrated experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $72,400 - $114,499 and information on benefits offered is here.
