People in the Corporate Function contribute to the running of Accenture as a high- performance business through specialization within a specific functional area, and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.

Job Summary:

Sales & Pricing Performance provides end-to-end sales and pricing effectiveness, sales operations, and analytics services. S&PP partners with teams around the world to deliver insights, improve acumen and win profitable deals. S&PP Pursuit Services partners with sales teams to win more business through a compelling and differentiated end-to-end pursuit experience.

The S&PP WL Process Lead will support the WL Service by acting as SME regarding content of the WL program. From WL Initiative support documentation, to sample read outs, to WL write ups and guides and templates to all types of reviews, The WL Process lead will create, maintain, and enhance documentation, sites and training working with Change and Content team. The Win Loss Process lead will also develop report cards, and measure for success for WL initiatives and the overall WL program. S/he will work with the WL Tools lead to put in place the proper measures for monthly and quarterly reporting. WL Process lead will gather WL success stories and continually assess the effectiveness of current processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and prioritize WL process items.
  • Create report card for WL Program and WL Initiatives
  • Act as SME regarding content and training for the Win Loss program.
  • Execute monthly data patrols on MMS Competitor and Win Loss data (Competitors of other. Winning competitor of Unknown).
  • Extract Win Loss data and deliver to Analytics team for loading into beta Win Loss Insights database.
  • Connect with competitive intelligence practitioners, win loss reviewers and wl initiative leads to troubleshoot, and resolve issues with any CI and Win Loss Tools functionality
  • Drive CI and Win Loss functionality forward in MMS including competitor teams, Lost To as multi-select, win/loss reason as multiselect.
  • Document and communicate the required functionality and data for the Win Loss Insights database
  • Teams w/MMS S&PP team and Analytics team to test changes and enhancements early taking advantage for program knowledge and diverse user base.
  • Supports MMS data migrations/conversions
Work Requirements:
  • Must support/mirror working hours for the supported Market Unit or other business area
  • Must be flexible with work hours according to business needs (e.g., when interaction/conference calls with team members in other time zones is required, at mid-month and month-end peak activity periods, when a critical issue requires immediate resolution, or when covering for a colleague in another area)
  • Must have good internet connectivity and distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines
  • May be occasionally required to travel domestically or internationally

Basic Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree completed or in progress
  • English language fluency (oral and written)
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project-based work (organizing multiple moving pieces to meet deadlines)

Pursuant to theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, if you are located in Colorado, the expected salary range for this role is $88,600 - $139,399 and information on benefits offered is here. If you are not located in Colorado, the salary range may be different.
