The Work:

The Digital Product Designer collaborates with the client and internal cross-functional team to translate approved test hypotheses into the User-Experience (UX) design variations necessary to support the test plan. Here's a snapshot of your responsibilities:
- Conduct user research (through user-testing and other tactics) to surface issues and areas for improving customer experiences.
- Design and prototype digital experience designs in support of client-approved test hypotheses.
- Communicate with the team (developers, analysts, project & product managers) to help solutions come to life.
- Iterate on designs based on evidence gained from user feedback and test results.

Qualifications

Here's what you will need:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or 5 years equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 years experience with UX/UI design and research
Bonus Points If you have:
- Experience in online marketing (Direct-to-Consumer) & e-commerce environment
- Portfolio of digital work that demonstrates an understanding of design principles, research principles, and UX best practices
- Understanding of design principles, like typography, balance & space
- Understanding of UX Research principles and technologies
- UI Design using industry leading tools like Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Prototyping via industry leading tools including InVision, Principle, and Axure
- Working knowledge of A/B testing
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Familiar with IA/UX standards for eCommerce and technology marketing funnels
- Attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to keep on task
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead design direction and UX strategy
- Experience designing for high-touch clients
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of design systems and pattern libraries
- Experience leading UX Research studies and analysis of results data
- Experience running A/B and Multivariate testing for eCommerce and technology clients
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience using online user research tools (UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Respondent, Wevo Conversion)

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $61,600 - $97,199 and information on benefits offered is here.
