The Treasury Consultant is part of a dynamic team within the Accenture Global Treasury Center of Excellence and will focus on Treasury process design and solution implementations that integrate strategy, technology and people to enable process improvements that create value for our global clients.
The Treasury Consultant designs and implements business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on projects relating to people and process improvements.

Accenture Treasury Consultants focus on our global client Treasury Management System (TMS) or Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) evaluation, selection, implementation or re-implementation projects; Digital Treasury projects including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) use cases and RPA development efforts, Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven Treasury technology opportunities and Treasury process automation challenges for our global clients; and Treasury Transformation projects ranging from M&A activities and spin-offs to Treasury stand-up support for newly created entities to Treasury process enhancements from controls to systems to bank connectivity.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
  • Works closely with Senior Treasury personnel at our client sites to identify their current Treasury processes, controls, automation, reporting and solutions being utilized.
  • Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for Treasury, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Works closely with the Third Party TMS and ERP vendors while our global clients evaluate, negotiate and implement the process automation solutions.
  • Presents their findings and recommendations to the Treasury Senior Management with deep subject matter expertise on various Treasury processes and Treasury Technology topics.
  • Manages medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
Travel:

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience implementing or utilizing Treasury Solutions such as Kyriba, Integrity, Quantum, Reval, GTreasury or SAP
  • Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience working in an information systems environment (enjoy configuration)
  • Ability to interact and present to/with client executives, vendors and third-party providers
  • Proven track of working for multinational companies OR Experience working for a management consulting firm
  • Deep understanding of how treasury organization can drive value to an enterprise is desired
  • Understanding of SWIFT and other payments methodologies is desired
Professional Requirements
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Proven ability to lead project work streams and good program management experience
  • Results driven independent team player and possessing a leader mentality

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $119,000 - $129,999 and information on benefits offered is here.
