Job Description:
Test lead with prior experience in BOA Consumer or GWIM, having knowledge of the testing lifecycle. & familiar to Agile/Waterfall Methodologies. Ability to Identify test scenarios from specifications & familiar with Performance Reporting systems using mainframe or open source technologies. Lead the testing strategy for projects integrating performance reporting across multiple platforms. Will be managing testing activities for month end batch processes which generates account(s) performance. Accountable for the testing effort related to quarter-end composite performance reporting for various LOBs. Be a member of the Core Project Team working directly with Tech & Business stakeholders. Manage test planning, drive test strategy & execution across all environments. Manages testing efforts for Production Readiness. Communicates regularly with Senior Leaders via project meetings & status reports.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience with Functional test for Web, Desktop and/or Mainframe applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity to SAFe Agile and Waterfall methodologies and testing performance reporting, data base etc
Should be willing to work during Saturdays for post-production validations

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $61,600 - $97,199 and information on benefits is here
