Test Engineering Manager (Accenture LLP; Arlington, VA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Test Engineering Manager in Arlington, VA to participate and conduct product design and requirement review meetings to provide input on functional requirements, product designs and schedules. S/he will perform the following duties: participate and conduct meetings such as sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, sprint retrospective and backlog grooming in the team; plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates; develop testing strategy and test evaluation summary document that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability; design and review test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures; develop and execute automated/manual test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes; test the system modifications to prepare for implementation; triage and log defects on issues identified; support production implementation and post-production activities; and interact with onshore & offshore test/development team to understand issues, plan based on progress, and ensure on time delivery.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or a closely related field, plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineering Senior Analyst, Software Engineer, or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 3 years of experience in IVR Automation testing including Cyara or Hammer tool; 2 years of experience in Mobile Automation testing, web automation. or API Automation; 5 years of experience utilizing Agile delivery methodology, specifically with test driven development (TDD) methodology, such as Acceptance Test Driven Development or Behavior Test Driven Development; and 2 years of experience in test data management on Oracle database or mainframe.
