S/he will perform the following duties: develop and maintain application designs; oversee all application introductions or decommissioning of legacy applications; coordinate release design working with Business & IT stakeholders; participate in reviews of the change work products for all changes in the release; coordinate updates of the product and service documentation; perform risk assessment in all respects of Security, Data, and Usability; identify areas for improvement; and coordinate technical work product development efforts across distributed delivery teams.

Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field, plus 7 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a Technology Architecture Manager/Associate Manager, IT/Application Architect, Software Engineer, or in a related IT position including the following professional experience: 6 years of experience designing and implementing web applications using Portal and related digital UX technologies for customer-facing applications operating in 24/7 mission critical environment; 5 years of experience performing Quality Assurance in technical aspects including DevOps associated with Modern web technologies including Docker, Jenkins, and Git; and 5 years of experience utilizing Agile Methodologies based on Scrum Methodology to support Feature-driven development.
