Software Engineering Architecture Managers must also be able to:
  • Contribute to thought leadership and strategic analysis of architecture opportunities
  • Assist in the development and enhancement capabilities of the Accenture Technology Architecture
  • Provide supervision to technology architecture teams consisting of CIO technical architects, developers, and on-loan personnel across the entire development lifecycle
  • Provide architecture direction to and influence execution of application teams
  • Work with application teams, operations, infrastructure and security initiatives to identify appropriate architecture extensions and process improvements
  • Monitor to ensure proper governance practices are in place
Application Architect Manager, Technical Architect Manager, or Experienced Software Engineering Manager to work within Application Architecture team responsible for delivery of EA / App Arch objectives to build living application architecture standards. Drive implementation and adoption of application frameworks, patterns, and templates based upon .NET Core, nodejs, and Angular SPA across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platforms.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 15 years experience
  • Minimum of 6 years industry experience with leading or defining application or infrastructure architecture strategy and product roadmaps
  • Minimum of 6 years industry experience developing and architecting enterprise scale services or solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience integrating complex or large systems (both custom and vendor)
  • Experience with leading application or infrastructure development projects
  • Basic understanding across a breadth of technology architectures (application, infrastructure, mobile, cloud, etc.)
  • Ability to determine boundaries for the components of an architecture, articulate the strengths and weaknesses with alternative solutions and recommend and defend an overall architecture solution
  • Ability to drive work based on Agile delivery methodologies
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting skills and techniques with the ability to work on issues alone to obtain a fast resolution
Professional Skills:
  • Strong technical aptitude; proven ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Good technical writing and oral communications skills
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $99,900 - $168,499
